On April 15, 2025, a free training session was held at the Center for Social Assistance in the town of Końskie, titled: "Specialist support for staff working with foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship".
The event was organized by the Association "Integration Europe – East" as part of the project “INTEURO – a program for the integration and professional activation of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship,” co-financed under the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021–2027.
The training brought together a wide range of participants – employees of the Center, representatives of the County Office, and staff from social assistance centers in Końskie and Radoszyce. What unites them is their daily work with foreigners, primarily citizens of Ukraine.
The lecture and workshop were led by attorney Łukasz Chlebny, who presented key legal aspects related to the legalization of stay and employment of foreigners, access to education, and the healthcare system. The training also addressed topics of social integration and the barriers migrants face when interacting with public administration and institutions.
The meeting served not only as a source of knowledge but also as a platform for exchanging experiences and best practices. Today, inter-institutional cooperation is the key to effective support and building a society open to diversity.

We invite other institutions – public offices, schools, and organizations from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – to collaborate with us and develop the competencies of their teams in the field of working with foreigners. We are open to co-organizing trainings in other counties of the region.
